We are Rob and Sherie Williams and have been blessed to be property owners at Kihei Garden Estates for 15 years.  We have spent many fun years here vacationing while our children were growing up; while managing our vacation rental business from California.  Our children all learned the value of working hard, even while here on vacation, helping us to keep things flowing during the good times and the challenging ones.  We put in a lot of hard work managing our business off-island and relying on the assistance of many others here at KGE, and could not have succeeded without their help.   We recently made our dream come true by moving to Maui full-time in May 2018!

We have a passion and desire to serve others here at KGE.  We would like to share in the fruits of our many years of experience with vacation rental, condo updating and renovations, serving our guests, working with VRBO, AirBnb and with many other owners at KGE.  We have many professional years experience with careers in Federal Government, Property Management, Medical, Sales, Administration, Personal Assistant and Vacation Rental.   We have three adult children and have been married 37 years.   We are excited to offer our services to you:

• Handyman/Maintenance Services- (Rob) General repairs, installations, emergency or on the spot repairs (i.e. guests are due to check in soon), general maintenance and repairs such as light fixtures, ceiling fans, faucets and screens.  I will send you pictures before and after item is repaired or replaced, all with your prior approval.

• On-Island Representatives- (Rob and Sherie) Monthly service representing you as a property owner not living on Island.  Let us put our 14 plus years of vacation rental experience to work for you; assisting you in the daily operations of your unit whether a vacation rental or just until you return for your next stay.  We love Kihei Garden Estates and want to create an Ohana for both owners and their guests.  Let us take the worry and stress off of you being far away, knowing that if there is a problem or situation that needs attention, we will take care of it.  We will be in contact with you via phone/text/email, whatever brings you comfort and peace of mind knowing your property is in good hands .  We will assist you with what is most important to you and with the service level you expect for your individual needs.  We've done it all here at our own condo and we aren't afraid to get our hands dirty and work hard for you.

• Concierge/Personal Shopper /Personal Assistant- (Sherie) Let me help you shop for all your needs, e.g. replacing the linens, laundering and labeling them with unit number; buying or replacing furniture, supplies, etc.  Keeping an inventory of the items or supplies you have on hand.  Light secretarial items you need typed or prepared during your stay or while away.   Arranging delivery and installation of your items you purchased and shipped or ordered on island.  Taking digital photographs of your place for you.  Are you on island for a short time and don't want to spend your time in lines at Costco or Safeway?  Send me your list and your items will be waiting for you upon your arrival.  Want to leave something special for your guests or are they celebrating a special occasion?  Let me be an extension of your aloha by leaving a fruit basket, candy, or fresh flowers, or anything that represents your "personal welcome to your special place".

• Full time KGE Residents:  House, pet, or plant sitting while you are away. 

Let us take the worry and stress away when you are thousands of miles away and issues appear.  We are available and ready to help you.  We are reliable and working together as a team.  We look forward to hearing from you anytime!
